As we make our final preparations today to head off to Seattle tomorrow (to pick up Jay) and then on to China (on Saturday afternoon), we wanted to express our deepest gratitude to our church family. We have been OVERWHELMED by your love, care and support for us and for our son, Ming. Last September, the day after we came to the conclusion that we are the family God had in mind to adopt Ming, we received a check for $920.95. Why that amount? It's because that is Ming's birthday...9.20.95. From that day on, we have been astounded by your generosity.
So as we go, we know that you, Moses Lake Alliance Church, are going with us. When we embrace Ming...you are embracing him as well. And we will be so very excited to bring him home, and introduce him to all of you who love him so dearly. We truly couldn't be doing this without you.
